Membership with CBSG Finance Limited is a prerequisite for availing deposits and loans. Membership applications are subject to approval by the company. CBSG reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
Members are required to comply with the company's bylaws, policies, and applicable laws at all times.
Recurring Deposit accounts require regular monthly contributions as per the agreed schedule. Premature withdrawal may be subject to penalties as per the prevailing policy. Interest rates are as declared by the company and may be revised from time to time.
Fixed Deposits are locked for the agreed tenure. Premature encashment may attract a penalty on the interest earned. Interest is payable as per the terms selected at the time of deposit. TDS shall be deducted as per applicable Income Tax laws.
Business loans are extended exclusively to members for legitimate business purposes. Loan approval is subject to credit assessment, documentation, and board/management approval. Interest rates, repayment schedules, and security requirements shall be as per the loan agreement.
Default in repayment may result in penal interest, legal action, and reporting to credit bureaus as applicable.
Incentive plans for Branch Managers and Executive Managers are governed by separate internal policies. Incentive payouts are subject to:
CBSG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue incentive plans with reasonable notice. Incentives are payable only upon satisfactory completion of all verification processes.
All interest rates, fees, and charges are as communicated at the time of product enrollment and are subject to change with prior notice as per regulatory requirements. Members shall be informed of any changes through official communication channels.
